Starbucks - McDonough

They only drive thru. the only note was that the caffe was closed, was a very tiny character on the door. the sign was not readable unless they were on the door to read it. there the drive thru is dreadfully designed. Maybe the big crack is.

On Wednesday, June 8th, 2022 at 5:59 am, I am trying to cut back on sugar, but when I do indulge, I always go for the (iced) matcha green tea latte.

Why is the wait always so long here? Should they consider hiring more staff? It took 30 minutes just to get a coffee, which seems a bit excessive for a first world country.

The staff at this restaurant had difficulty making my coffee correctly three times. It was a simple order listed on the menu, nothing special, yet they still managed to add extra ingredients.

The diets are beautiful, but the parking lot and the 5drive thru are bad. I always go in because you drive is dangerous. the cars block the flow of traffic in and out of the shopping center. on this special day the traffic was secured to the traffic lights on the jonesboro road. this road is extremely busy and this security creates a dangerous situation for drivers. Dieucks really has to do something about it. that is not the only place I saw with this dangerous traffic problem. this is the reason for the 3 star evaluation.
