Bidrage med feedbackWent into the location to order a smoothie. Walked into the store and a young man was wiping his nose, not one time but several with his bare hand. I politely asked the young man to wash his hands and he said I’m only getting ready to ring your order, I politely said you need to wash your hands, because your messing around with people orders. I then stated that I wanted something strawberry flavor and the young man told me to look at the menu. I then ask the other guy to take my order.I ask the other employee (Geo) who the supervisor was he told me Alex. Well I called and a young lady answer and put the manager of store (supposedly) on phone and it was the gentleman Geo (Who took my order). How do you not correct the issue right there when there is a manager on duty.This is my first bad experience with Smoothie King, but this will make me go somewhere else!
The fruit is not fresh at all! The strawberries were frozen and the blueberries were mushy! I ordered a PB Swizzle
Smoothie bowls are always prepared spot on at this location. And the service is excellent! Highly would recommend to anyone like for a great smoothie king experience.
The young lady that took my order seemed as if she couldn’t be bothered. Practically rushing me through my order. The older lady that passed out my order was rude as well. The only saving grace was my smoothie was decent and the restaurant was relatively clean. But I won’t be returning to patronage this location.Parking: Parking is small but people are constantly pulling in out.
Horrible experience here. Employees in this restaurant don’t seem to be too happy to be working there. I came by around seven this past Sunday2/26/2024. I was greeted by a little blonde haired girl, who didn’t seem particularly happy to be there. She gave me attitude throughout the entire transaction, even though I was completely prepared. When she called my name to get my smoothie, she even got that wrong and seemed to be upset with me when I corrected her. Which brings me to this conclusion. If this is supposed to be the face a Smoothie King, then the management needs to try a little bit harder. If you don’t want to work there, then quit. But don’t give customers attitude because you don’t want to work.
