The music was rather loud and hard to hear the order, but the wings and sides were fantastic.

I called and placed a to go order. A young woman told me 10 min. I placed this order at 7:56 and it’s currently 8:55. My first and last time. Hope this order wings and rice worth an hour wait. ??‍

My experience was not good at all! The employee taking my order and working the front had a really bad attitude, she seemed like she hated being here!! Food here is good, but my experience today was bad, writing this review to make sure the managers coach this employee around proper expectations around customer service. For reference today is October 5th, I ordered at 230pm.

I drove by this place so many times and I'm upset that I haven't stopped in. I loved the fries the most but the wings were very good as well. Food was hot and cooked quickly. The cashier was a major turn off and makes you not want to be there because she seems to hate life. But you get over it to enjoy the food. The drink machine also seemed to be a little drippy but my kids still liked it.

Poor service can really affect a restaurant’s reputation! My wife and I truly enjoy their food and have never had any issues—until today. Unfortunately, our experience was tarnished by the young Black woman working at 12:34 PM on September 25th. Her attitude was unacceptable, and it only got worse when we requested ranch and blue cheese. It was incredibly disappointing. Even the customer behind us seemed to notice her demeanor and gave us a look that said it all.
