Trax Bbq - McCordsville

Hard to find, if you don't know where it is, but we persevered, and boy was it worth it! Best ribs I think I've ever had at a BBQ joint! 1/4 sheet fed both me and my husband with a bit leftover to bring home for a midnight snack. We also tried the pulled pork and shredded chicken. Pork was good, chicken was dry, but I blame the chicken. Have a few things on our list to try the next time!

The service was courteous and friendly, and I appreciated the relaxed atmosphere and music. However, I felt that the cleanliness could be improved, particularly the floors around the tables. My biggest letdown was the BBQ sauces, which had an overpowering vinegar flavor. I tried the sweet, mild, and Jerk varieties, but unfortunately, none of them were to my liking. Because of this, I don't plan on returning, which is disappointing. Nonetheless, I wish Trax all the best!

Took my boys there, and we enjoyed our meals. The pineapple bread pudding was great. One of my boys enjoyed the Oktober fest beer. Great place to eat and will come back again!

Food was delightful. Brisket was the best we've ever had! We told a young man it was our first time, and he was so polite and helpful!!! Quite a few sauces to choose from as well! Definitely recommend.

Everything was very good. Brisket was tender, juicy, and cut generously. The pulled chicken was flavorful but a little on the dry side--the many sauces made up for that. The absolute best by far were the chicken wings. They were seasoned perfectly and had a crispy skin. You have to try some of those!
