Mcdonald's - McCordsville

The service was friendly, but my order was completely incorrect. How hard is it to make a plain cheeseburger? You really need to improve, folks! Food: 3, Service: 5, Atmosphere: 5.

I visited the drive-thru at 10:51 AM on Saturday, October 30, 2023, and the employee refused to let me order lunch for my four kids because it was still breakfast time. I requested to speak with a supervisor. When I asked the supervisor if I could place a lunch order and wait in the reserved spot until 11:00 AM for my food to be prepared first, he agreed but informed me that my order wouldn’t be ready until 11:15 AM. I inquired whether lunch officially starts at 11:00 or 11:15, and he stated it was 11:00 but that it takes 10 minutes for the grills to warm up. I found this unacceptable and felt misled by the manager. This location often messes up my orders, and I’ve decided I won’t be returning, regardless of how close I live to this unreliable establishment. From now on, I will be going to Fall Creek instead.

With the introduction of the ordering kiosk, it has become challenging to find staff at the front for things like catch-up or refills, which I found quite frustrating. On a positive note, this McDonald's is very clean. Overall, I would rate the food as a 4, the service as a 2, and the atmosphere as a 2.

No one seems to work here. They rely completely on digital orders inside. No one ever comes out so refills are impossible. Even napkins or silverware cannot be asked for because no one is ever out of the kitchen. Drive further and find the next McDonalds. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Only one person spoke English... Poorly, and was unable to get me a side of tartar sauce. About 10% more than other McDonald's in the area and force fed Christian music Bible verses to you. Parking: Almost all parking is dedicated to pick up orders or having my drive through customers pull forward. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
