Stax - MCCALL

I really enjoyed this restaurant. I had the turkey sandwich with cranberry cream cheese, and it was fantastic. The bread was fresh, and the addition of sprouts provided a nice texture and crunch. The service was excellent as well. However, I wasn't impressed with the soups, and I didn't care for the potato chips as a side. But I absolutely loved the sandwich! The house-made lemonade was also a great choice. Overall, I highly recommend stopping by and giving this place a try!

Fantastic service delivered with a smile! The sandwiches were delicious! They quickly accommodated our large group and handled our mess graciously. Truly wonderful people!

The food was outstanding! After searching for turkey for five miles this morning, I decided to head into the city to regroup, and Stax exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be returning!

Fast, cheap and tasty! My husband suggested we grab some seedlings before we go for a day of snowshoeing. I can't think of a better lunch. Stax, as always, does it again! My husband barked with the Hog (Hickory smoked ham with premium Swiss cheese and Mayo, with raw salad and tomatoes, $6.59 for regular), and I the Holiday (oven roasted turkey with Stax Signature Cranberry cream cheese with Romaine salad, tomatoes and spruce, $6.59 for regular). The sandwiches were phenomenal, although I would have done with the spirouts on the holiday. The ingredients were super fresh, you could say that the bread was baked this morning. The hog was quite your basic ham and cheese sandwich, but made with the highest quality ingredients. I am fascinated by seasonal and off-the-wall menu elements, not to mention I LOVE-Creme cheese. Besides the sprouts, the sandwich was absolutely fantastic at any level. The cranberry cream cheese and turkey mixed like a firework in my mouth. Followed by bites of crispy ruffles, I can't tell you how satisfied I was with my lunch. It was too good for words. Other highlights include rapid service. Forget Jimmy. John’s, this is the flash-fast service I speak of! We were third fine, but stayed in the building less than 10 minutes before we were out of the door. Excellent service and fabulous sandwiches. Most recommend!

Delicious sandwich. I had the Grilled Swiss and Mushroom. It had lots of lean roast beef, grilled onions and the aforementioned Swiss and Grilled mushrooms. The Stax sauce was delicious on it.
