Bidrage med feedbackThe food was awful. We got steak medallions, salmon and fettuccine Alfredo. Both the steak and salmon were not fresh, likely frozen and thawed. The salmon was over cooked and the steak medallions were raw to rare when I requested medium. I mean, thefood was so bad we ate 2 bites and couldn?t do any more. And it was EXPENSIVE to be that bad was not a good experience. This hasnever happened to me where it?s that bad that I just won?t eat anymore. The fettuccine Alfredo was bare able but the noodleswere broken into 2? sticks?why ??????? odd. We were rushed to order and then neglected when our food was delivered so waitedFORVER to close out and leave. The bar area with the fireplace is amazing! I recommend going for a drink and hanging out in thebar and that?s it. Didn?t know we could eat in the bar area, which would?ve been cool. Instead we were in the corner of someroom squeezed in ton a time table for 2 but had 4 of us?
Great ambiance, feels like a local hangout. Do not expect anything super fancy, it?s kind of 1980?s in terms of the presentation on the plate. However the food is good and the steaks are good quality and well cooked. Drinks are stiff and come out quick.Staff are super friendly and we enjoyed a relaxing evening. We recommend going ahead and having dinner in the bar area aroundthe fireplace.
This review is a candid reflection of my experience. Sometimes the truth can be a bit painful. The atmosphere of the restaurant was quite nice, but the food left much to be desired. I ordered a New York steak for $40, which was surprisingly flavorless—just a hint of pepper that couldn’t really be tasted, merely seen as an attempt at seasoning. I wouldn’t recommend spending your hard-earned money on it. The calamari was decent, but the dipping sauce tasted more like something you'd find at Panda Express rather than an authentic calamari sauce. The fries (or potato bites) were enjoyable, though they could also benefit from a bit more seasoning. On the bright side, my wife's fish and chips were excellent; the fish was wonderfully fluffy and practically melted in your mouth! However, the cocktails were rather weak. We ended up spending over $110 for dinner for two, and for that price, you definitely expect food with more flavor. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and professional, striking the right balance between attentive and unobtrusive, ensuring our drinks were refilled before they ran dry.
I had an incredible experience at The Mill! As a local who has lived here for years, I finally decided to dine there, and I was blown away by both the service and the food. Everything was delicious, served quickly and at the perfect temperature. Our server was exceptionally kind and took extra care to accommodate my dairy allergy, ensuring I could enjoy my meal without any concerns. I can't recommend this place enough for anyone in search of excellent steaks and a wonderful atmosphere—definitely a 10/10!
The atmosphere is fantastic, with so much to take in when you look around. The food and drinks were good; we ordered two prime ribs, and they were cooked perfectly. I couldn't finish mine, but I blame that on having a bag of Stacy's cake cookies beforehand. The Manhattan came with some ice, which was a bit unusual, but it was still enjoyable. They were short-staffed, like many places these days, but the employees who were there did an excellent job of checking in on us frequently.
