I absolutely love this place! It's fantastic, and I always feel very safe when I visit the Gremlin, which is quite rare, especially in a downtown area. The food is amazing!

I really appreciate the live music and the variety of beers available! However, I encountered some rudeness from the bartender when I tried to inform her that a girl was stuck in the restroom without any toilet paper. Unfortunately, when our food arrived, it was overly seasoned and nearly inedible. It might have just been an off night for them. Overall, I typically enjoy the atmosphere here.

Kinda sad to leave this place two stars but I feel I got played with the taco tuesday deals they had going on for beer. I?m NOT complaining about the tacos. They were amazing, and well worth it. My complain is with the beer deal. Their insta made a postwhere beer was on sale for $2 on tuesdays, but that only applied for ONE beer (out of many available options). Their insta postread ?$2 beers?, word for word. Maybe it was my fault for not asking beforehand, but I think if you have beer on sale you shouldspecify whether it?s all available beers or just one beer in special. Other than that it?s an amazing place thats?s worthchecking out. It would have just been nice to have some more transparency.

This place has a great vibe. Funky. Dive-ish. A little bit of everything, from the decor to the food. Menu offerings are limited but interesting and tasty. Large selection of beers. There is live music at times and also a midsize outdoor venue with a stage.Indoor and outdoor seating, including graffiti covered picnic tables. The recorded music was too loud to carry on a conversationunless you sat around the corner. The food portions are small. Order food and drinks at the bar.

The atmosphere is fantastic, the customer service is outstanding, and there’s always plenty to do here. My only complaint is that the food can be a bit pricey for the portion sizes, though the quality is truly exceptional. I tried the pork belly tacos, fries, pretzel, and Korean wings. The tacos offer a delightful Mexican/Asian fusion; they are incredibly well-prepared and delicious. The fries are nicely seasoned, and the dipping sauce is quite good, though I wish they offered ranch as well. The Korean wings have a wonderfully crispy and crunchy exterior and are juicy on the inside, although I would have preferred a bit more sauce. That said, the seasoning was spot-on. The pretzel was soft and doughy, and it comes with three sauces: a cream cheese-ranch blend that was just perfect, plus spicy mustard and regular mustard. Overall, the food is great, albeit a bit expensive for the portion sizes, but it is a bar after all, so I understand that most patrons aren't primarily here for the food. Apologies for not getting a picture of the wings and pretzel!
