Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - McAllen

My wife and I stopped at this popeyes because we had a taste for a huh. Everyone who has ever eaten at popeyes knows that their eating is good. a beautiful place to take their family to enjoy a meal. I decided to write an evaluation about this particular location. not because of eating, but because of a load manager named lorena. I stood on my eating and a gentleman came in the loading, who seemed less happy. my wife and I recently moved out of California to the safe in California are some people rude, unpredictable and quite down, meaning the homeless. I will not say what lorena has done, but it has shown me that there are still good people in this world. the man could leave the restaurant with. Hopefully, the quality lorena showed that this man will bring him through. popeyes management should be proud of this employee. lorena went beyond and beyond to satisfy a customer / to help who was on his luck lorena showed true love and compassion for her fellow human being. lorena's parents raised them well and I'm sure the elders are very proud. my wife and I had a great experience. we enjoyed eating with a smile on our face. they are people like lorena who make this world really a better place. think only if each one of us loved each other, as God intended, we would not live in the world where we are currently living. great service. you go lorena. you made our day definitiw. this location is the place to take their family and friends. say hello to lorena. lorena is a true angel god bless her and her family lorena. They are a great example for great customer service.

Beautiful clean place, eating was hot and service impeccable

The restaurant is非常 clean and offers excellent customer service. The fried chicken is absolutely amazing—it's so good that they crave it every time they think about it.

The service was quick, and the food was hot and delicious. The torte was excellent as well. Overall, a top-notch experience. Would definitely recommend!

I’m giving this restaurant only 2 stars today because the chicken appeared and tasted as if it had been under the heat lamp for too long. Additionally, the fries were not fresh and ended up being soggy. On a positive note, the side dishes and the chicken sandwich I ordered were very good. Just a heads up—when chicken is the main dish, it should always be fresh.
