Nice place and environment, but, food was not up to expectations, lots of room for improvement. High price food demands high quality too.

Very nice place to eat. The food is great and also the environment. The service was great with the waitress we had. I recommend to you the restaurant because the food and the beautiful place. The Panela asada taste good with tortillas and salsa.

Let me start off by saying their customer service is great! But we're not just paying for good service, we are paying for great food as well. I wish I could say it was worth my 100 dollars (2 main entrees, an appetizer, 2 Indio beers, and a patron margarita, and a dessert), but sadly I was not impressed. The tostadas they start you off with were a little stale, but the salsas and bean dip were really good. We got the guacamole as an appetizer and it was not the greatest. My bf had the shrimp veracruzano which were good. I ordered the mole and I was VERY disappointed. The chicken looked old and the rice did too and it just didn't taste right. Overall my experience was alright. Our server was really friendly but the food is not worth the price.

My wife and I went there for Sunday breakfast on April 30, 2017. Despite that there were only eight tables occupied our order was taken about ten minutes after we were seated and coffee (horrible taste, by the way) and orange juice were brought. Twenty five minutes elapsed until our plates were brought to the table the food was completely cold. Immediately, I asked the waiter to take the plates away and bring us the check. The check was brought immediately; I expected it to be for the coffee and orange juice but, to my surprise, it included everything yes, the cold food of course. I asked to speak to the manager. When I told him that I was not going to pay for inedible food he became confrontational and said that he had seen our plates and the food looked hot. Well, I am surprised he can probe food temperature with his sight. I was not demanding any apology or anything similar but my patience ended when he said, in a condescending tone, do not pay anything if you like. At this point, my wife and I just walked out of the place and decided that we will never set foot there again. Terrible place.
