Suerte Grill - McAllen

We discovered this restaurant right across from our hotel, so we decided to give it a try. The manager and staff were fantastic, and they had a good selection of wine, although the beer options were somewhat limited. We would definitely visit again.

I absolutely love Suerte! I'm thrilled to see the business thriving and expanding with more locations throughout the RGV. However, the downtown location seems to be struggling a bit; it has felt quite empty during my recent visits. The food is tasty, and the drinks are enjoyable as well! One thing I would love to see is a more sophisticated cocktail menu. While they offer large drinks, the quality just isn't quite there. Many people are looking for that experience, so it would be great if they could introduce a selection of high-quality cocktails, similar to what other bars like The Yard provide.

This is a charming little bar located on 17th Street downtown. The atmosphere was filled with a youthful vibe, and the music was enjoyable, especially when the DJ had a good handle on the speakers. The service was excellent—very attentive to our needs. Overall, it had a pleasant, moderate crowd.

Place is great to eat and amazing drinks, only reason im giving it a one star is because when my account was updated i saw that the server tip himself $25 from my card and when i signed the receipt i clearly put $0 for a tip cause i left him cash instead,now I'm disputing to get my money back because that is clearly credit card fraud. Definitely not professional at all!

They hosted a #FreeBritney night yet they used Britney’s umbrella incident on masks and cards. They’re making a profit off her name, but are mocking her by using those images.
