Bidrage med feedbackCareful when ordering delivery from the Denny’s App. Food was great but paid extra for additional items which were not sent. When I called they hung up on me 4 times while keeping me on hold for a long time. When I finally got the “manager” she basically told me it was my fault for ordering from door dash. I told her it was from their Denny’s app but she refused to correct the issue. All I wanted was a refund for the extra items I paid for and they didn’t send but they kept it and to top it off gave me attitude like I was to blame.
The manager, Thény, is amazing! The service was great, and my French toast was cooked perfectly. Thank you for correcting my order right away without any hesitation. I really appreciate it. I will definitely be coming back soon.
I want to express my gratitude to Manager Raymond for surprising my daughter and her partner with a special dessert. I appreciate that he went out of his way to provide them with the special dish I had requested. Thank you, Dennys, for your excellent service.
Poor service. First of all ordered chicken fried chicken which they served with no gravy. When asked for gravy on it they brought me a tiny plastic cup , sides were cold and not once did server return to ask if we needed refills or anything else. Server behind counter chit chatting with hostess/cashier Next time I will drive too Weslaco Restaurant where they always give us great service
Great that everyone wore face masks. the food was good. the coffee was cold, but the manager brought us a hot cup of coffee when we told him.
