Pura Vida Cocina - Mc Minnville

Mixed vegetables were carrots, squash and kale hallo! waitstaff offers many milk/district-free options that satisfy for vegan and non- vegan in our party.

This place was recommended to me by someone in one of the local wineries, as excellent Mexican good. Unfortunately, that wasn't my experience. I had the sopas too much carrot and hardly tasted, and the guacamole was bland and had the consistency of the suppe. it has vegan options, but I will not go back to try more. the people who work there are nice.

Pura vida offered fresh food, consistent quality and friendly staff. there are at least 5 elements that are selected on the regular menu. to keep the milk and it's not a problem. her nightly suppe is especially, often it is vegan, in which a light and creamy vegetables or fruit puree. we often eat here as it is our only real choice in mcminnville.

As always, excellent food!!! Good portions, presentations and price. Service was excellent. The waiting staff is very attentive. Clean, relaxed atmosphere is common with Pura Vida. I pulled my daughter in law for the first time and she loved it absolutely! She missed a delicious Latin cuisine and this is her favorite place now. Her special favorite is the pig bell. Just one request. I love the salmon ceviche, but could you please return the Fuji apple that was previously part of the recipe? The mango is good, but the apple gave the ceviche more taste and texture.

I've stopped here twice in my travels to the Oregon coast and I have absolutely loved it both times! Excellent food, service and atmosphere. We brought the whole family this time and they were extremely accommodating to our kids. I highly recommend it!
