Applebee's - Mayfield

In our party of seven, which is typical for us, one of my son's steaks was far from properly cooked. The "whammy" was barely noticeable. The wings lacked any flavor, and the salad contained something that nobody in our group could eat. The kitchen staff was loudly laughing and shouting, and one of them was even the manager. When she asked the server what was happening, the server replied that they were just having a good time. This is the third consecutive time we've experienced issues like this. I could also mention that this will likely be our last visit.

I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant. The tacos were cold, and the four-cheese mac and cheese was also served cold and didn’t have any bacon in it. When I mentioned this to the new waiter, he offered to take it back, but I declined since this has happened to me twice before.
