Burger King - Mayagueez

I had a disappointing experience at the Burger King in the SMS shopping center in Mayaguez. The service was terrible and the staff had a bad attitude towards customers. They did not have salt available and one employee was rude. When I asked for ranch dressing, they did not mention there would be an extra charge. The manager seemed indifferent and the burger I ordered was undercooked and bland. They did not have any spices or condiments for customers. The atmosphere was uncomfortable and I will not be coming back in the future.

I ordered a Whopper Jr. combo but was charged for a medium size by the cashier. When I informed her that I had not wanted the medium size, she asked me to return the combo. The manager then exchanged it for the regular size and returned the difference, but forgot to give me the drink. I thanked the cashier before leaving, but she did not reply. It was only when I got home that I realized I had not received the drink. Upon calling the store, they did not answer. It was disappointing to find that even the manager was unfriendly. The combo was for my daughter, as I do not eat that kind of food. Overall, terrible customer service experience!

I was surprised to find myself waiting 15 minutes for a quick breakfast at Burger King, listening to worship music the whole time. However, the friendly staff made up for the wait.
