Surprisingly pleasant little place considering it’s surroundings. Good coffee. Aircon good in summer, friendly staff, recycled wood furniture and fit out.

A great coffee shop with numerous competitions they have won, and a wonderful eatery They have great coffees, frappe, smoothies. You can actually sit down for a meal at very reasonable prices and the portions are big. They also have very fresh cakes, pies and sandwiches. Lots of parking space in front of the building and I will highly recommend it to all future customers. Very friendly staff. Let us support our local eatery during these difficult times we are all in. I will definitely be back in the very near future.

Stumbled upon this gem while running errands in Penrose and I am so glad I did! I got the chicken omelette and oh my god was it good. The chicken had been coated in delicious, Cajun spices and was sautéed with mushrooms and tomatoes, all folded into a light silky omelette. Hands down the best omelette I have had in Auckland. My partner and I also got generously sized, exceptionally well made coffees. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere was cosy, homely and relaxed. If you find yourself hungry and driving through Penrose I would highly recommend stopping in here!
