Bidrage med feedbackCourtney, the manager at the Maumelle, AR location was rude, accusatory and dismissive. I sat in line patiently from approximately 8:08 8:20 am CT. Ordered my usual grilled chicken bowl. Then stated eggs cooked hard. She asked me to repeatand i repeated. She responded that they could not do that. I replied but you always do. I come here all the time. I said Idon't want them runny. She says they're never runny, dismissing my prior experience. I said I don't want to argue (not wantingto hold up the line any longer) just take the order. Got to window, asked who took the order so I could call back and share myexperience with a manager. Courtney said either I'm not telling you or it's not important. She then accused me of being rudefor saying just take the order. I asked for the manager because I didn't want to argue and was going to explain and inquire howto order the eggs. She stated she is the manager. I asked for another manager and she stated there is no other manager. Therewere several team members around witnessing this behavior and because I am a manager I didn't think it was appropriate tocontinue so i just requested my receio. Courtney came across as rude with no customer service to resolve a situation even ifshe felt I was rude. I spoke in normal tone. My phone was on speaker and the person listening heard the conversation and wasshocked at the argumentative approach and confrontation at the window. We eat at Chick fil A at least 3 to 4 times a week withthe kids. This was a very disappointing and unnecessary. If I'm aware that prior managers have accommodated me due topersonal reasons, dismissing me is unnecessary.
Well it's official, this location consistently forgets parts of our order, which I typically overlook because the chick-fil-a experience is better than most fast food, other than Dave's burgers, which has better service and the chicken sandwiches arealso wayyyyy better. But this time our order was wrong and the service was obviously phony, bordering on condescending. While Iknow the names of the employees, I don't like getting people in trouble over food, but hopefully if you all do a team meeting,it can be mentioned.
Always an enjoyable experience. Employees treat customers with respect and appreciation. Chick-fil-A does it right!
Got a mobile order and my sauces were all moldy, my fries and Mac and cheese were burnt and my Mac and cheese was also soggy and gross. My frosted coffee was melted. I?m highly disappointed in what is usually a good restaurant. This was horrible guys, dobetter. My dinner was a waste of money this evening :
