Cold Stone Creamery - Maumee

I've been coming here at least three times a month for the past two years just for their double chocolate. It's always a pleasure when I walk in and the staff greets me with a smile and kindness. Unfortunately, most of the time, I feel like the employees are unhappy and not really engaged with their work. However, today was different. I noticed one of the staff members, Haily, and I wanted to give her a shout-out for her excellent service. She truly deserves a great rating for serving with a smile! Since you’re new, Haily, I hope they treat you well so that you'll stick around. Thank you!

The ice cream here is fantastic! The place is very clean as well. However, it can get a bit slow at times, especially during the evenings, with wait times of 30 to 40 minutes.

Brenda and her team are truly fantastic! Every visit is a delightful experience, and the food is always delicious. The portion sizes are generous, and the location is consistently clean and inviting.
