Bidrage med feedbackI ate here with my family. We were not disappointed....Excellent cuisine...great staff...lovely ambiance.
Read the reviews and so went to try it out and we weren’t disappointed. Great choice of food: we couldn’t understand much of the French and so the front of house man explained most of it to us. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food was great. The reviews stated vegetarian friendly and it is! I had a delicious pasta and legumes dish. We shared a platter to start with, all had drinks and a main meal: the bill was very reasonable. We left, feeling absolutely stuffed. Will visit here again this stay!
Don't be fooled by this place's name....it is a full on restaurant... Without TripAdvisor guiding us we may have decided to eat elsewhere. There is plenty of room to sit and you have enough personal space such that if you're a non-smoker (like us) then you will not be too bothered if someone on the next table lights up. The food itself is great value. The helpings are larger than anything else we have experienced locally and is also top drawer. The deserts are also massive and special too. The added bonus was when the bill arrived and the amount was less than most other places we had visited during our stay. Definately recommended
Returned to Beach Coffee after a nice breakfast there last year. This time, we had dinner here and was a little disappointed. A menu, entrée+plat, costs €14. I had moules gratinées which were lovely, however the salad was clearly shop bought/cheapest brand available. For the mains, I had an ecornet farcies (just the one! with pasta and tomato sauce. I was not a fan of the tomato sauce. My partner had a piece du boucher (bavette which was tiny! with a handful of home made fries. The portions were not generous at all like some reviews mentioned, and ended up getting a dessert elsewhere afterwards. Staff were rushed off there feet and not very nice... Cheapest menu around but I'd rather pay a euro or two more for something a little nicer.
We had a lovely breakfast on the port with a beautiful view. The breakfast menu was €5 for a croissant, a bun, jam, butter, orange juice and a hot drink. A bargain considering most hotels charge between €7 and €10 for the same breakfast! Waiter was fantastic, you can tell he loves his job!
