Took over 20 minutes and 10 bucks for 2 soft drinks.. and my order wasn't right ???? usually they are pretty quick, but this time, it took forever!

Relatively easy to order on the app and the $1.99 double cheeseburgers certainly helped me to eat here that day. Plus the tots are a nice alternative to fries. It was kinda rough weather that day, so when I arrived to pick up my order, a lady ran it out to me after a few minutes and I tipped accordingly since she braved the elements. Overall a decent experience. And the sign needs fixed.

Took about 10 minutes to get 4 shakes, and they tasted about like water.

We ordered around approximately 1130 am on Jan 25, 2024 and it was 3 meals, plus a med cheddar popper. Our wait time was over 10 minutes, the guy told us he didn't know which was diet on the drink, which they were watered down and flat. The grease was so old and nasty. We ordered a crispy chicken sandwich meal on brioche and tots, a chicken on toast and tots and a garlic burger on brioche and tots. The grease was so old and the chicken was so Grey and white spotted it was gross. We were in a major hurry or we could have returned for our money back! I've eaten here multiple times and this was not how it normally is for us. They need to work on following customer service skills and proper cleaning of the grease. I used to work at McDonald's and I know for a fact the grease was not in any shape to cook food in today! I literally had to pull over and throw up, tasting nothing but old grease, and I paid over $42 for the whole order! And they DID NOT GIVE US A RECEIPT! IT WASNT JUST ONE THING WRONG, THE WHOLE VISIT WAS BAD! I WANT MY MONEY BACK BUT LIKE I SAID I CANT EVEN SHOW YOU A RECEIPT! You can contact me to correct this
