Red Lobster - Matthews

I had an incredible experience at this restaurant! The service was outstanding, with our waiter being attentive and fantastic throughout our meal. The food was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. I am especially grateful to the man who came to my aid when my car wouldn’t start in the rain. I think he was the manager, although I'm not completely sure, but he truly saved our evening. If it weren't for him, we would have spent hours waiting for AAA. He came out without hesitation and helped me get back on the road. I will definitely be returning!

I visited this restaurant for the first time on February 22, 2022, to pick up a lunch order. I had a doctor's appointment and needed to grab something quick before heading to work. I encountered an issue with a voucher I had, so I called the restaurant. The person who answered the phone was very helpful with my order. The manager assisted me in applying the voucher to my order, which didn't take long at all. I ordered the lobster and Langostino pizza, and they included cookies that I didn’t need. The pizza was served hot.

Absolutely! Our server was very fast, helpful and accurate with our order! Also we recommend the ultimate surfing n? Turkish meal with Brussels sprouts and try the roasted Calamari appetizer! Everything was fresh and melted in your mouth. In any case, a recurring customer becomes Red Lobster!

Food was good , Booth was clean , waitress was so nice !!! walked right in and was able to be seated no wait time
