This visit was honestly so disappointing. This used to be my favorite spot as a kid and I decided to go back today after a couple years. Not only was the lady working the register rude and snappy to me, but my lettuce was brown and the proportions were awkward. Literally how do you mess up a burrito bowl. So sad to say my good memories of this qdoba are limited to those of my childhood.

The food was very bland and tasteless. The service was very I hate my job but it's a check.I'll never go back

Clean and comfortable but for $14 I got a regular drink and 3 tacos that were empty, a partial scoop of ground beef in each (maybe two tablespoons is my honest estimate) and they put the tacos (hard shell) in a small bowl that they simply didn’t fit in so all of what was in them to begin with mostly fell out. I’ve been to other stores that at least made the provided portion fair and was edible as a hard shell taco should be. I’ve been to many other stores but if you need to look at your food costs, don’t take it out on me. I don’t wanna tell your folks here about it either, mainly because they apparently don’t really concern themselves with friendliness it was like being processed and not too much personality or thanks for anything at all going through. Brush up on providing a good product and service with a smile. Digital surveys are more important today than correcting it when it’s too late or causes a scene in to store.

Out of the feature protein and counter help that wanted to help. Follow-up... Went back and had a much better experience. A different person was behind the counter and was much more helpful. After the above review I was contacted by Qdoba and was offered what I presumed would have been a coupon of some sort but I declined/did not respond.
