Costco Food Court - Matthews

Let’s be honest, Costco isn’t exactly anyone's favorite place. It's usually packed, making it a struggle to navigate through the crowds with your cart—just a lot of stress overall! However, up until today, I hadn’t encountered a rude employee at Costco. Unfortunately, Heather at the checkout was quite unpleasant. My family and I made separate transactions, and each of us had a negative experience with her.

I really enjoy Costco, but the parking lot at this location is a complete mess!

I strongly advise against using Costco's tire shop. My experience was terrible, with extremely long wait times and poor service. After spending $1,200 on new tires, I returned the next day with a flat tire, and then a week later, I had another flat, both caused by issues with the installation.

What happened to service? Costco used be all about the membership, but sadly it appears that service took a major hit over the pandemic, and it never came back. I used to love coming to Costco, but now I cringe whenever I realize I'm out of something I need. It's either out of stock or the price has gone up dramatically. Then there are the lines. More self check lanes were not the answer. I'll still come, but I'm I'm already splitting my time between Sam's and Costco so we'll just ply it by ear.

Waited 30 minutes to pick up contacts that I already paid for...front end manager no help...only one person working.
