Chick-fil-a - Matthews

So I’m not sure why but this particular location has really weird and flat chicken patties. Every time I get Chick fil a it’s a nice big piece of chicken but when I go to this location the chicken is so thin and flat and makes me feel like I’m not getting my moneys worth. The second issue I have is that this location takes forever every single time I go. The wait is excruciatingly long each time no matter what.

Ordered a large combo and drink, my drink was a milkshake, no one indicated there's nothing such, so I was charged without any clear communication

Always delicious, tasty, and the family loves coming here and eating or ordering food to go! Always good
