Cantina Do Brasil - Matthews

Cantina do Brasil was sold to another patron. I loved this place! Loved! Not anymore! Last Friday got a take out n was very disappointing. The rice was tasteless n soggy. The fries was soggy as well, the potato in the potato salad was uncooked. For the price that you paid isn't worthy! The previous owner Joel used to deliver a very well and tasted food! The new people should go back to school to learn how to cook! I'm not a chef by any means, but my cook skills is much better that the person that is cooking right now there! Never coming back! Very disappointed!

My eldest picked this place for our lunch today, and I couldn't be happier with the choice. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, guiding us through the process (you pick your table, check out the menu, and then head to the counter to place your order). When it came time to order, it got a bit tricky since I had to order for five people, each with their own choices. I ended up forgetting to include my own order in the mix. Fortunately, the attendant noticed and quickly took care of it for me. She even insisted on not charging me for my order, so I put some extra money in the tip jar. Definitely eat here—you won't regret it!

Wonderful food! Excellent quality and flavor! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming! The natural juices are a great bonus—something that’s hard to find in restaurants in the U.S.!

This is a lovely restaurant. The food is authentic, and the staff are incredibly helpful and polite. My wife is Brazilian, so this spot is a must-visit for us in Charlotte. The baked goods are delicious, and the steak is flavorful. The menu is extensive and offers a variety of options to satisfy any craving. It's definitely a place you need to try!
