Pasta Factory Ortaggio - Matsue

After a few days I traveled to fresh vegetables and found the best Bagna Cauda. There was a good selection of crispy fresh vegetables (rettin, baby carrots, trevise salad, capsicum, etc. and the sauce was with the right amount of garlic and anchovies (not too overwhelming). With a generous glass of Spanish red wine... perfect for me! Also good service: friendly, friendly and discreetly efficient.

There was a mood. Lunch for 2 was great and delicious. It included appetizers that were a lot and taste good. Dessert was also beautiful and alittle more than typical dessert you get. All in all was good experience and recommended!

I'm from India, and we wanted to have an Italian food one day and so we visited the place. Apart from the owners being discriminating us and told us that the shop would close now, the rest of everything is good . Eventually we were given a seat and had an amazing experience. All the food was good too. Only their first impression regarding the customer dealings was the bad part

The restaurant serves a good, rich and inexpensive lunch.

Reasonably good in the country side like Matsue. Staff is very kind.
