Itasan - Matsue

Very special place for local cuisine. Nice restaurant with long switch where you can see cooking prepare the dishes. Good local sake. Staff very friendly. Price is fair.

It is a tavern where you can eat seasonal dishes! Every dish is beautifully placed in a nice bowl, it is exciting and everything is really delicious. I want to go for each season. I want to stay for a long time. I fried bamboo grass, croquette, sashimi, etc., but each was nice. I was imp。ed by the Matsue dinner. There was a courtyard and anックス on the back side of the shop. I got it at the counter, but it seems that it was calm.

We visited Itasan for dinner due to the positive reviews. This was a brilliant choice as we enjoyed our time at Itasan very much: all the food was super good but we want to also emphasize that the service we received by the chef and assistant Yosuke was extremely pleasant and friendly. We enjoyed our dinner so much that we decided to have dinner at Itasan also for our second and last night in Matsue. We highly recommend to try this place and see it as one of our best dining experiences of our trip to Japan.

ホテルの近くにあって、突然入店した一人でも礼儀で扱われていました。 しかし、私が注文したものと異なる調味料だった? 先ほど注文したものと同じ調味料だったので、変更しました。 若きコーンバター醤油はマナッシュでしたが、オリーブオイル醤油に変えました。 聞いても店が知られるのに感心しました。 再び松江に来たら是非訪れます。

料理の全てがおいしく、高級なレストランで提供されます。 値段はたくさんありますが、おでんスープが浸るので特に美味しいです。 様々なメニューがあるので、もう一度訪れたいお店です。
