Epulo Vineyard - Mathikere

Had to wait two hours to get food and that was only because we had to pay a cover charge of 600 at the entrance. We weren't informed at the gate on what specifically the money could be redeemed. Definitely not worth the wait and visit. Inefficient management, full of chaos, flies everywhere and people just tired waiting for food. The management was more interested in people spending their cover charge on the tour which happened to cost 600 rs with wine tasting package. Not worth the travel and visit to the place. Food is just decent nothing great

Very bad attitude a e terribly slow service. Tables don’t get cleaned up after a guest leaves. If you ask any waiter or host where to sit they simply state no tables available indicating those dirty tables. Not bothered to cleanup or entertain customers

Staff not helpful, visited this place during week days and they were not interested to tell us how much we needed to wait before getting a table. Had to go outside for lunch and come back. Meal type: Lunch

Vineyard runs out of wine!! It is very curious to note that on the 20th of Feb, the restaurant at Sula vineyard ran out of wine. We were a group of 8 and walked into the restaurant and were left to fend for ourselves. We hovered over a few tables waiting for them to finish eating and quickly sat behind a pile of dirty plates, waiting for the wait staff to grace our table. Complaining about it was the only way get their attention. As we sat there listening to the staff complain how there were SO MANY people, we got around to ordering the food. There really was no need for a menu as nothing on the menu was available. Not wanting to head back out (because of the cover charges), we asked about the wine. We were told that the wine we ordered wasnt available, so we chose something else, which was again not available, and as it turns out there was NO WINE. We ordered some refreshments, which were again not available, but we were happy that they had water. When other tables were being brought their beverages and wines, we were told that they had ordered earlier (which they hadn't) and after much deliberation, were offered a measly glass of whatever-was-available wine. We ordered the whatever-was-available food, and if we chose to order more food, were told that it was not available and what was given to us was the last dish. The food was good but the management was as useful as a lightbulb for a blind man. The whole experience was pathetic. None of the food or beverages were available and waiting an hour for food on a hot day was even more infuriating. Especially for the children who were in our group. Overall, better avoid this place, so as to not overburden the staff there. If you still want to eat at this restaurant, I suggest you pack yourself a lunch and some refreshments, just in case. Plates and glasses were emptied. Yes, but it happened because there was one pizza to be shared among 8 people. Taste mattered very little. Would've given negative stars if zomato allowed it.
