Capatosta - MATERA

We loved this restaurant so much that we visited it twice for dinner over our three night stay in Matera. The food was amazing, the staff were really friendly and knowledgeable about the ingredients and their local produce. The restaurant has a great vibe even on a quiet Monday night due to the attentive friendliness of the staff we were made to feel very welcome.

Really a pleasant evening, beautiful, clean and cozy environment with braceria exposed. excellent size mixed meat roasted at a point but not only. we have obtained many other delicacies of the gastronomic tradition of Lucana, excellently revisited, from cialledda to bread meatballs, to raw peppers, to oil, roast meats, cheeses, grilled vegetables. not to mention the delicious potato tortini with podolica caciocavallo fondue and horseradish with porcini cream and caramelized onion, all watered with excellent aglianico. delicious desserts not to be missed

Second experience in this place. perfect welcome and very attentive service. we tasted the typical initial degotation with really much stuff and quality. meat, vegetables, meats, cheeses of high quality and the area. very kind and nice waiters.

Last night, my boyfriend and I had dinner in this fantastic place. the owner and staff of rooms were very welcoming. excellent price
