Che Capperi Street Food Contadino

Cute place on a main street in Sasso Caveoso. Having stopped for lunch, the menu showed local cuisine but apparently they were pre-packaged dishes so we limited ourselves to having two Cialedda (salads with bread) and a bruschetta, the latter was good.

For the love of God. I order a plate of pasta, a portion is served to me on a plastic plate with the classic transparent top film cut off (hospital canteen). Overcooked pasta, practically a soup. Salad? Pieces of bread with onion and tomatoes. Painful. Never again. It doesn't have a bathroom...to use it you have to go to the restaurant next door. Very bad.

Quick lunch... Orecchiette with mushrooms and inedible sausages... completely overcooked with a mushroom and a piece of sausage... it was clearly a ready-made dish vacuum-packed and heated in the microwave. Salads with bread.. No comment... The ones I make at home are richer.

It's a shame to the restaurateur profession to see this kind of establishment. The pseudo food is from a microwave-heated barrel and served in its plastic box, even the covers are made of plastic. 20€ for two dishes and two drinks is €16 too much (the 4€ remaining sound for the two Sprints served fresh).
