The Milk Box - Matawan

I absolutely love the Milkbox Deli. Deli restaurants can be hit or miss, but this one definitely hits the mark. Located near the park, it offers a great selection of food, from hot and cold subs and salads to burgers and various sandwiches. The sandwiches have plenty of filling and the bread is always fresh. One of my favorite things about this place is that I can enjoy a pork roll, egg, and cheese at any time of day; many delis stop serving breakfast items too early. Plus, they stay open later than most delis of this type. The burgers are fantastic, made with super fresh beef and served on a delicious imperial bun.

A California cheese steak. The best I ever had! Vinnie doesn't use steakums like most places. It uses viscous REAL roast beef. I never had a bad meal here. I would give them stars if I could!!!! Mom!

All salads are prepared fresh each day, and if you're a fan of chicken salad, this place boasts the best in the tristate area. They also provide catering for all types of events.
