I was quite disappointed during my stay as the towels were dirty, and the bedding was not properly ironed. It had been a week and a half, and I expected better.

My husband stayed here for the past two nights, and it was a terrible experience. There was a loud party that went on all night, with guests shouting and hooting at the gate to be let in at all hours. The music was extremely loud, and at one point, other guests even tried to get into his room, banging on the door. He couldn't get any sleep, and when I called to complain this morning, I received no satisfaction or resolution. This is unacceptable.
