A very nice meeting with the restaurant and its kitchen. the products are excellent, with a very great freshness. preparation, perfect cooking. excellent bread, meat is tender. each product is selected, sorted. there is a lot of care for dishes in appearance simple and made with great finesse. It's a restaurant I'd like to find more often. I loved the purée of green peas in the entrance with this zaatar tip and the grilled meats accompanied by a Mediterranean salad, all with a glass of perfectly accorded crest wine.
We must come to this restaurant knowingly. We eat what the chief, who also acts as a waiter, cashier, cook, sommelier and a room driver, will decide for you.
