Mcdonald's - Massillon

The 24-hour restaurant quickly forgot our order, but we enjoyed our time inside nonetheless. Overall, it was excellent.

The location is always bustling, so I decided to order via mobile. My meal was served hot and was delicious, which was a nice change from the previous evening.

Here we are, five or six years later, and it seems like they've finally got it together—there must be new management. The food is spot on, and it's quite rare to get an incorrect order. The staff is usually very friendly, and you can hear laughter among them, which shows they enjoy their work. The standard has definitely been raised here, and it clearly shows!

The food was hot and delicious. Had it fast and didn't have to wait for it.

Manger who was on 8n the morning was a nice lady along with the staff being friendly.
