Ruby Buffet - Massapequa

Their food is always fresh. The wait staff is attentive. There has never been a wait for a table. If i had one complaint it would be the crab legs are scarce, they bring out small trays. They volume is kept low deliberately, in my opinion. Overall for a buffet the quality is very good.

Great selection of dishes! However, the atmosphere is a bit uncomfortable, as the staff keeps a close watch on you, and there are cameras everywhere.

This restaurant offers great value for your money. Although the pandemic has limited their inventory, the quality of their food remains high. I’ve had some of the best sushi at their buffet. The staff is attentive, promptly clearing away dirty plates as you return for more. While the menu has become somewhat repetitive during my visits, I understand the need to stick with what customers prefer. They also provide weight-based options and catering, which is very affordable. You can feed around 30 people for just one hundred dollars, making it a fantastic choice for catering.

They provide a diverse selection of fresh dishes. I really enjoy dining here. The staff is consistently friendly, the prices are fair, and the establishment is well-maintained.
