2 chickens Quesadilla was so tender and greasy I ate half else was the upper half ok. will never return no answer required

Zero quality or effort in food preparation. Customer service was garbage.

Food is generally good. Some fried items had a sesame oil taste to them, so we just avoid any deep fried chips, etc.

Just ordered a chix bowl with just lettuce-tomato and rice. I picked it up and got home it was a bowl with everything I can not have !!! Called nice girl said they will refund me. Tom called me and told me they can?t do that they will make a new one unfortunately I have to go to airport so that would not work for me. Tom said he will give me 20% off????? NOT a bad for business Tom . I?m sure Sam would be happy with that . I am a every week customer if not more.

I wasn't impressed. The portion size was mediocre at best in terms of flavor, and the price was not justified. With so many similar options nearby, I won't be returning.
