Bidrage med feedbackI went with friends to try panigacci and meat. On the panigacci I suggest a greater attention because served too dry (those with meats). Good quality meat. You have the feeling that you are ambiguous to a refined clientele but frankly service left a little to want even under the aspect of courtesy. Very sought after the proposal of wines. A little disproportionate price compared to what was served. I suggest a little more care in the service (also from the point of view of kindness, you have the idea of being born) and to decide the target of customers on which to point. If you need panigacci and at the same time dishes of a certain type and sought-after wines you end up associating, in a rather small place, festose groups and more bourgeois tables. Same uncertainty that then reads in the final account. It's just a suggestion.
The place is very nice with tables outside but also inside is pretty. Excellent complete menu that includes boiled Panigacci with three different sliced sauces and Panigacci at will sweet coffee soft . Nin we tried it but there is also a normal menu with meat etc.
Nice place in the historic center of Massa. Finally a place where you can taste the famous panigacci. Excellent value for money and impeccable service. Sweets too.
I have to say we were fine. The service is perfect, the panigacci with its cheeses and meats very good. Also promotes the sausage to the nail well served in a nice round terracotta. Only perplexity for the cost of craft beer (75 cl. but then investigating the commercial price I have however verified that the practiced embroidery is all fair, just avoid it next time. W la Fonteviva smooth and sparkling!!!
I had a chance to eat at the Barco recently. Local Carinissimo managed with cheerfulness and sympathy from the owner. Panigacci (boiled) that dry excellent... highly recommended the tasting menu. Nice presentation of the Tiramisù, which sweetly closed the pleasant evening.
