Excellent place to stop for a late lunch! Tasty pizza, friendly staff and a charming and historical place to sit in the sun if you wish under the lodge.

We found the place uninviting by its looks at first, but we've gone in for an ice cream. We've done that on every day of our 2-week holiday from that day onwards! A month later I still regret I can't get anything remotely similar where I live... We saw that other guests were having meals that looked great, so a few days later we went for lunch. OMG! Their boar gulash is easily in my top 3 when it comes to gulash, and I come from the country where it was invented! Other dishes are also excellent. As other reviewers noted: Stefano is a great waiter; he is fun to be around. It was our favorite place in Massa Marittima.

Due insalate e un primo, acqua, due bibite, due caffè: 50 euro! Sicuramente visto i tempi direte che esistono locali molto più cari, ma questo non vuol dire che possiamo farlo rientrare nella normalità!!!!!

This is a nice place to get an apperitivo before dinner or a coffee during the day. They also serve good sandwiches.
