Wendy's - Mason

On April 6th, 2022, at 8:20 pm, I experienced the worst service I have ever witnessed at this restaurant. The elderly African American lady who claimed to be a manager had the demeanor of a teenager. We had a coupon for a free dessert, but she became upset when we didn't mention it over the loudspeaker. It was clear that we were not the only ones frustrated by their behavior as we noticed the entire staff looking at us. When we requested to speak to someone else, she refused and became confrontational. I will never return to this establishment. It is imperative that someone takes action and investigates this matter.

I would recommend staying away from this Wendy's until they improve. I have ordered salads three times in the past three days and none of them were made properly. It seems like no one cares about quality here.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered two speck double stack burgers but received junior bacons instead. When I tried to get it fixed, they gave me regular double stack burgers without speck. I was so disappointed that I decided to leave.

Must really update their hours. by chance, every night closes by 7. I will be briefly insulted, but this is already a past, and it would help to put at least the hours when they close

I was having trouble using my rewards for a med fry w a purchase. I asked the guy at the drive up window and he mumbled something at me and a lady asked what I asked then she comes to the window and very rudely tells me she doesn't know how the app works and I need to figure it out.
