Wendy's - Mason

I like to stop by after getting off work, which usually right before closing, although I feel bad, David, i believe his name is, has always given me great service and the food is consistently good! I appreciate it thank you!

I showed up at 6:30 to get breakfast they were not open even though their store says open at 6:30 there were two employees inside I don't know if they didn't feel like doing their jobs or they were just having a late start I stayed till about 6:45 and the store was still not open I did see a manager or what looked like a manager get there I would assume late to open the store so just be wary if you go here for their breakfast hours they may not be open when they say they're supposed to be every time I have gone here though their food was actually good

Food was ok, but I've never been the only customer in a fast food joint before. Not one other person.kinda weird

Not a great experience. After ordering, we waited a solid 10 minutes for food. I assumed it was because I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich (I understand they take a bit to cook)... but the sandwich was tough and not hot/fresh. I had also asked for no lettuce/tomato and it was packed with it. The fries weren't hot/fresh either. I was given the wrong drink and no straw. The kid at the window had no customer service skills. He wasn't rude, but he wasn't friendly or attentive either. He rolled his eyes when I asked for a Boo Book. They didn't give me a receipt so I can't reach out to corporate, so here we are.

I go here for breakfast on my way to work. I love there sausage egg and cheese biscuits. The cold brew carmel is a great kick to my morning as well. Very quick
