Mad Monk's Pizza - Mason

I love pizza places that offer unique and delicious options, and Mad Monks Pizza Company definitely delivers! I had a hard time choosing between the Franklin’s Tower Melt and the Split Open and Melt Carbonara, but we ended up going with the Franklin’s Tower Melt and it was incredible. My partner was hesitant about trying a pizza with caramelized walnuts and bourbon cherries, but the flavors won him over. And the bacon/onion marmalade was a delightful addition. The crust was also top-notch. We will definitely be returning, and I can’t wait to try the Split Open and Melt Carbonara next time, it sounds amazing with the poached egg and speck! 5 stars from me!

The food is always perfect and the beer selection is amazing. If you don't dine here, you are seriously missing out.

I had a delicious pizza with a sweet, perfectly roasted and crisp crust. The bottom had a glass-like texture that satisfyingly broke when folded or bitten into. The only downside was the lack of fresh garlic in the sauce - it could have used a bit more spicing. Aside from that, it was absolutely perfect!

Update: the staff of mad monks are so nice and friendly. pizza is always delicious and order.

I absolutely love the pizza at Mad Monks! The staff are incredibly friendly and nice. The pizzas are always delicious and made to order. This is definitely my top choice for pizza. Mad Monks is now my favorite pizza place!
