Starbucks - Mason City

This Starbucks location is conveniently situated inside a Target store, making it a great spot to grab a coffee while shopping. Despite there being a short line, the service was quick and friendly. I enjoyed a Small Peppermint Mocha and a Bacon, Gouda, and Egg sandwich, both of which were delicious and reasonably priced at $6. The staff were professional and accommodating. This Starbucks is located in a great spot within Target. It's convenient if you want to grab a coffee while shopping. There was a short line, and I got a small Peppermint Mocha and a Bacon, Gouda, and Egg sandwich for $6, which was delicious. The staff was friendly and professional. I hope this location continues to provide excellent service and food/drink within Target. Accessibility for wheelchair users is good as the area is very open.

I was given a $25 gift card to visit a Starbucks where I had worked for six years during college. Upon entering the café, I was shocked by the bold display of their emphasis on diversity, with a colorful lion drawing next to their menu. While I may not bring my children here, I do not appreciate the negative language used to describe the café.

They didn’t put sprinkles in my drink but they put them in my friends and the sprinkles make it taste better.

Horrible service! A short, Hispanic woman was extremely rude to me. I love Starbucks but this location needs to retrain their workers.
