Pizza Hut - Mason City

Great food great atmosphere great classic experience. Meat lovers pan is awesome

Fresh, hot and almost waiting for us.it was ready in no time and it was great tastimg food and prompt service

We did pick up, but the pizza was fast and a regular Pizza Hut pizza nothing bad but nothing special. We all enjoyed it

Super rude employee at night shift A complete disgrace If you dont like your job its very simple go do something else All we wanted was to eat pizza and enjoy our meal We literally didn’t even order. Because it was clear our presence was not welcome. But then again maybe it was just because we were mexican. This employee has a tattoo on his right arm it’s a knife with dragon or something like that.

Not good customer service! New management needs to improve customer service skills and act like they want to actually be there.
