Papa Murphy's Take N' Bake Pizza

The service is good. pizzas are usually ready before the promised time. they have very good gluten-free crust. we especially like their BBQ sauce instead of the normal pizza sauce.

I always have a great experience at your Mason City, Iowa location. Dan, the manager, is always upbeat, friendly, and professional. Last night my experience was again positive as usual. I didn 't realize they closed at 9 and came in right before closing time. I felt terrible and wasn 't going to order due to how close it was to closing time. Ryan assured me that it was absolutely not an issue. He said We are open until 9! Please go ahead and order! That 's what I am here for. He was so positive and happy to make my pizza. I was so impressed with his superior customer service skills! Five out of Five Stars to Dan and Ryan!

Good pizza that must be baked. Best part is that it is just out of oven when you eat it and it has not been handled by an excessive number of people. A great choice for the Covid age.

I love Papa Murphy's and have had good experiences in the past here. Yesterday I came in and wanted to order the medium two topping for 6.99 which I have gotten there twice before and their APP and text specials and was told they didn't honor that there (last week they did) and it would be 13 plus topping.. I left I hope they get this sorted out or I won't be back
