Ld's Filling Station - Mason City

This is the place for a stable, standard breakfast. the service is friendly, timely and experienced meaning the coffee cup has always been cut off and eating.

We stopped in a few times and everyone visited was excellent! the place is definitiw at the dipping end of the dinge and has a car theme running.

Thanks to yelp, this nice place found great eating, great and friendly service. decoration was neat- car related. also great prizes. enjoy.

So surprised by this little retro-icery... an old tankstelle turned into caffe! They call all their entrees to cars! so unique! the decoration in the interior added to the ambiente, along with original brick mortar!

The filling station of ld is the perfect place if you want to eat simple, which is real and tastes good. for example I ordered 2 fried eggs, 4 streaks speck and 4 slices toast, so I could make sandwiches. the vultures were real vultures, not substitutes. the speck was thick cut, tasty and almost perfectly cooked. the glass milk was ice cold and the toast was perfectly roasted. my bill was $8.45 with control. at the weekend they have a buffet for $8,95 but, it's a little busy. from my experience they make a beautiful job to keep the buffet full and clean. the plots are clean, although the parking is a pothole oasis. drive them carefully. the inner can seem a little dirty and lives until the call of a dive. overall eating is real, eating is delicious, and the personal is real. if you want real food for a reasonable price, this is the place.
