Bidrage med feedbackThe food is exceptional! The ambience was exactly what we needed for the New Year's Food, and the staff was friendly, attentive and went out of the way to make us comfortable.
This restaurant is not worth visiting. We were at Pullman, and every aspect of our dining experience fell short of our expectations. The menu had very basic options. The service was slow and the restaurant was only half full. The oysters we ordered were overpriced at $50 a dozen, and the other dishes we tried were nothing to write home about. The only highlight was the lachs, which was decent.
The food was terrible and the service was indifferent on both nights. My partner and I had to send back our meals because they were not prepared correctly. The steak was watery and tasted frozen. The Caesar salad on the second night was inedible. The eggs were like gelatin surrounded by spicy leaves with little else. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. We will not be returning.
The staff was warm and welcoming, but the food took a ridiculous amount of time to get out how empty the restaurant was. A friend and I came on a Friday night and the place was half empty. We ordered and it took at least 40 minutes until the food arrives and they also forgot the duck. Later we ordered a white tea that lasted at least 20 minutes to get out. The chicken masala was Bland (although the sauces below were beautiful). I would have expected so much more from a Pullman restaurant and also considering how expensive it was. Disappointed.
I would not recommend eating here. A $5 bottle of wine which they sold us for $30 and tastes like a $5 bottle. That’s some mark up. A long wait without service and the meals so, so. Carly and the kitchen staff did an amazing...job, run off their feet however, other staff were warm bodies. Long waits for drinks to be delivered and our order to be taken, searching for salt and pepper on other tables which both ended up being pepper. Okay but unremarkable food and when you’re paying premium, you expect better. We were very close to walking out having finished our bottle of wine before our orders were even taken.
