Let's forget that most of the bars do without problems small portions, precise that I am not one of those who think that the customer will be satisfied, but at least in the small ones I think you can find a compromise? For a glass of granita of the commercial value of 20 cents or a little more, you have lost a customer failing to satisfy a BANALE request. Problem solving, this stranger.
