Round 6 Brewing - Maryville

I went here a few weeks ago with my girlfriend. Yes, the staff are friendly, and the food is fine. The venue seems like it would be really cool in non-covid times. Unfortunately, the beer is so bad I can't give this place more than one star. It is literally the worst beer I've ever had. My girlfriend and I both got flights with completely different beer. So I tried ten of their in-house beers. Some of it was almost un-drinkable, but most of it was completely un-drinkable. There were a few sours on tap. There was one with a pinkish hue that was very good. I wish I could remember what it was called. I'm sorry to say that the stout had the worst flavor profile of any beer I have ever put in my mouth. I'm not saying that to be mean, or to exaggerate. It really was the worst beer ever, and I wonder if the head brewer or any of the staff has even tasted it. I would rather drink any other stout that has ever been created. When I walked in and talked with the bar-keep she seemed really warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere is casual and relaxing. This place has a lot that could make it really cool, but the point of a brewery is to sell delicious beer. I just can't give it a good review with the beer that bad. If I hear that the beer has improved, I would definitely consider going back. I normally don't post scathing reviews, but I really want this place to improve. I hope they bring in a different brewer, and start their beer line up from scratch. That is the only way I could see them improving.

Great place for trying lots of different local brews. lots of space for social distancing and a nice selection of basic eats. give them a try.

We stopped in while on vacation to try some local brews. We were met at the bar by Will, the owner. He is very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his product. We tasted quite a few beers and then grabbed a full pour of our favorites as we chatted with Will. We very much enjoyed our conversation and left a little more educated.

Love the beer here. It is brewed on site. The owner is there most of the time pouring the brews. He great to talk with and loves telling about all the different flavors. There are always 20 something different brews and the ones I tried have been great. This is a great local pub. The food there is pub style, so stop by and grab a brew or three.
