Bidrage med feedbackThe days hot and ready are dead here long. Underoccupied constantly, and from these employees you usually have a Gaggle of Aspies or another variant of odds ball. Waiting times are twice as much from any other chain. The price has risen to almost laughing levels, and they close online/app orders every day with 5, making even more problems. That if you order online to work at all, most times the system is down, ie it 've deplugged it. This location needs at least a total restructuring or completely new property. Now it's a body you visit so often to see with a stick if it's still alive. 2 stars because the food is about the same and okay.
Waited an hour for pizzas that we?re supposed to be ready in 30min, there weren?t any hot an ready pizzas available and probably a dozen customers packed into the store. All waiting for their orders. The cashier had to keep running back and forth so much that he left my order and several other customers orders sitting on the back counter for about 10 min. Thought w would give it a try but it is exactly what you?d expect from shittle Caesars. Avoid this place like the plague?
Understaffed leading to quite a few issues. We ordered online to avoid waiting and still it took an hour and a half. Our pizzas weren't made properly and we were missing part of our order. However, the employees actively avoid the front desk because they are so behind so you can't get your order fixed. You can't blame them knowing the complaints they'd get. We used to love this place: inexpensive and tasty, but it's just not worth it anymore. I'd recommend paying extra to go elsewhere. Maybe one day they'll open up a second location.
This location is always SUPER busy. I ordered online and it was ready in less than 30 mins. I was in and out in 5 seconds and of course the lobby was full. To everyone complaining about hours and speed of service: they are probably getting paid minimum wage at this store and it?s a lot of stress to deal with all the hoards of people coming in for an inexpensive pizza. If you?ve waited inside the store you KNOW they don?t have the time to answer the phone. Which probably explains the store hours. I?m sure it?s hard to keep this placed staffed. I HIGHLY recommend using the online ordering service and realizing its not technically fast food. It may take 20 mins of preparation on your part. Lastly, Blount county could REALLY use at LEAST one other Little Caesar?s location.
Girl with nose ring making pizza was wiping and scratching her nose. When asked to remake the man at register became rude and offended. He complained to another customer that his bad day was due to the customer. He kept being condescending about me and my mother who had ordered it to begin with so I spoke up and said it?s not the customer?s fault the employee can?t keep her hands off her nose while making pizza. This enraged the man and the nasty girl. They both started arguing with me. I asked for my money back. She said oh you?re so afraid of covid but you?ll touch the money. I said just wait until your manager sees how you?re acting on your video. She crossed her arms and said daringly ?do you think I?m scared? They?ll laugh at you too.? She continued to try to argue with me and so did the man. I?ve never been treated like that in my life. And I don?t appreciate it. And they didn?t even give me the right amount of back. I?ve had mini strokes and have a seizure disorder so they better hope I don?t sue them for emotional distress. The customer is always right. ESPECIALLY when then they are!!! Is it too much to ask for pizza hold the snot?!? Disgraceful! Nasty!
