Lemon Grass Thai Cuisine And Sushi

The food and service were quite good. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of both. We visited on a busy Friday night, and I had some reservations given the mixed reviews about service. However, I was glad to find that we received excellent service and enjoyed our meal. We are big fans of Taste of Thai in West Knoxville. While this restaurant doesn't quite match the quality of TOT, it's a solid option if you're in Maryville and craving Thai food without wanting to drive to West Knoxville.

The restaurant has a mixed performance overall. Don't be deceived by appearances—this place deserves a visit. The interior is cozy and quiet, and the staff is incredibly helpful, always ready with recommendations if you show interest. Dinner is consistently executed to a high standard, and the Saturday special of half-price wine and two dinners for just $20 is a fantastic deal. However, lunch seems to fall short of the dinner experience, so it's best to save your appetite for the evening!

The best sushi! My husband and I dine here every time we have the chance to go out. He travels frequently and claims it’s the best sushi he’s ever had. The staff is wonderful and always remembers us. It’s a cozy, intimate venue. We occasionally bring our 3-year-old for lunch, and they are always very accommodating.

Consistently excellent over the years. I used to visit Lemongrass regularly when I lived in Maryville six years ago, and I just returned for a visit— the panang curry is still as delightful as I remember!

Outstanding! I absolutely adore this restaurant! It's quite small and intimate inside, but beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. The food is fantastic; I've never had anything here that wasn't delicious. One of my favorites is the Walnut Shrimp. My husband and I typically share that along with the incredible sushi. You absolutely have to try the Lucy roll—it's a must!
